Delivery dates are confirmed for each order at checkout and in your account.
Bespoke design
Deliveries of orders placed through our Kit Designer will be made to the address specified on your account, unless you specify otherwise.
Personalised
Orders for any stock that you have personalised (including university items) will typically be delivered within 15 working days. At peak times, this may be longer. All items will be delivered together, unless we inform you otherwise.
Off the shelf
All of our stock orders are dispatched by Royal Mail/DPD. We aim to deliver all UK orders within 3 working days of the order being placed.
